We salute the Congressmen who co-sponsored the “Indian Human Rights Act Of 1989.” Their courage inspires us and we believe it will inspire others in the Congress.
The commitment of these wonderful men and women to truth and liberty is like a shining light in the darkness of the atrocities against the Sikhs in India.
We urge the Congress not to be deceived by the cosmetic misinformation of the Indian regime and continue its pressure till it produces effective and meaningful results.
The World Sikh Organization requests the Sikhs in America to acquaint their representatives with the atrocities committed against their brethren in India and to call the Congressmen who co-sponsored the bill and thank them.
