The recent news about floods in Punjab, which have resulted in a loss of over 1200 human Lives, with many more still missing, along with government of India’s silence, has created in unprecedented fear in the minds of many. This fear comes from the possibility that, in addition i.e. Acts of God, the government of India may be involved in worsening the situation in Punjab.
