JALANDHAR: Breakaway Akali leader Kuldip Singh Wadala, who was recently expelled from the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), has started a drive to mobilize support for his cause at the grassroots level, at the same time keeping his options open on rejoining the Shiromani Akali Dal (B) or the Secular Front, formed by some other rebel leaders of Punjab, Announcing the formation of a 31member coordination committee and six member steering committee, Wadala said that the committees would undertake a mass mobilization drive in the state of bring log ether Likeminded people “willing to work for more autonomy for the states.”

The steering committee members are, Paramjit Singh Sidwan, Sucha Singh Johal, Jasbir Singh Zaffarwal, Trilok Singh Lalian, Devinder Singh Randhawa and Paramjit Singh Raipur. Wadala said that he had no immediate plans to rejoin the SAD (B). Reiterating his opposition to the unemotional alliance with the BJP? Charged the SAD leaders of abandoning the entire agenda for which the party had been working all these years.
