NEW DELHI: India’s violent politics took a new, strange tum early this week when Tamilnadu chief minister Jayalalitha said that the central Indian government headed by Rao had been abetting L.T.TE. to eliminate her. She also accused the central government of using intelligence agencies to fabricate charges against her to pave the way for her dismissal. Jayalalith also said that she was not consulted before the appointment of Chenna Reddy as state’s new governor.
