South Korea out-beat India for the 2nd spot because they had a Superior goal average than India.
Soviet Union had 11 points to eight each by Korea and India for the fourth position Belgium out-did Kenya as they had better goal average. Holland had to be content for the sixth spot with three points and Poland occupied the last spot.
