MODESTO, CA — an “Images of Christmas” dinner party was organized here on December 10, 1988 in honor of Congressman Tony Coelho. A number of Sikhs of the area also joined the party. In a letter to Mr. and Mrs. Amrik Singh Dosanjh of Modesto, Congressman Coelho thanked them for participating in the dinner. “We enjoyed sharing the holiday spirit with so many of our friends. We have many nice memories of the event,” wrote Mr. Coelho. Others who joined the party included Dr. and Mrs. Gurinder Singh Grewal. Naranjan Singh Samra, S. Gurcharan Singh Dhillon, WSO president, Mr. and Mrs. Suk chain Singh Brar Gurmeet Kaur and Amarjit Singh Samra.
