PALATINE, Illinois: Guru Nanak Dev. Ji’s Birthday was celebrated in our Gurdwara Sahib with Great Spirit from November 6 to 8 and children were given a test on November 7. Bibi Jasbir Kaur Ji worked hard to prepare all the tests. We would like to thank Bibi Jasbir Kaur and all parents who participated.
Annual Sikh Conference was held at our Gurdwara Sahib on the ‘Thanksgiving weekend Nov. 27th and 28th, the program started at 8:00 am. With Asa Di Var on Friday 27th followed by Conference at 10:00 a.m. Following topics were discussed:
- Alienation of Sikhs and Human Rights Violations in India.
- 2, Future of the Sikh youth in North America.
We share our sympathies with S. Rajinder Singh Gill and all the regarding the sad demise of their beloved mother. May Waheguru bless her soul.
