AMRITSAR: The Punjab Sikh Forum would be releasing a “white paper on November 30 exposing the “corrupt practices” of certain SGPC Executive members.

Talking to newsmen here today, the Forum convener, Mr. C.S. Sidhu, said the paper entitled “Black deeds of the SGPC” a bruised Sikh heart speaks” would make public the corruption within the highest elected body of the Sikhs.

The paper would also expose the “Government SGPC nexus” and would also throw light on the land scandals in which a few SGPC members were allegedly involved.

The SGPC executive has on its agenda the discussion on the latest situation in the Golden Temple complex due to the presence of security men in plain clothes inside the serai buildings. The SGPC may not shift its temporary offices in Guru Ram Das Hospital to the Golden Temple complex until the last man of the security forces is withdrawn from the complex the sources say.

The executive may also decide upon forwarding its claim to the buildings acquired by the Government under the Golden Temple beautification plan.

Meanwhile the SGPC Secretary, Mr. Manjit Singh Calcutta, urged the parents of those students who were either killed or were missing after violent incidents at Bidar last month to report at the SGPC office here or its sub-office in Chandigarh.
