BURTONSVILLE, MD.: The Executive Council of the Sikh Council of North America in its 2nd executive meeting held at 12917 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, Maryland has filled up the vacant office bearer jobs for the remaining terms of 198687 with Mr. Kirpal Singh Sidhu as vice President MidWest, Mr. Gulbag Singh Basi as Vice-president South, and Mr. Karam Singh Dhillon as a Secretary. Its 10th annual convention will be held in Silver Springs, Maryland from May 22, to 25, 1987.
