Petroleum minister B.Shankaranand said during the question hour that the high ranking Russian delegation, headed by Gennady Burbulis, has sites that Russia was providing special incentives to its oil enterprises to export to India.

Earlier, the minister of state for petroleum Krishna Kumar said Russia had expressed its desire to meet the Indian demand fully. To start with it had already dispatched: 60,000 tons of crude oil to India, he said.
