The Council of Khalistan is committed to provide leadership to the Sikh masses in the struggle for Sikh freedom; we urge our freeman organizations in this struggle to cooperate with us for achieving the goal of Khalistan.

The Council of Khalistan exhorts Sikh Americans to take the initiative and participate wholeheartedly in the Sikh freedom struggle. We urge them to participate in Sikh revolutionary activities like demonstrations, unity marches, and celebrations of Sikh martyrs’ anniversary days.

The Council of Khalistan pleads with the management committees of Sikh gurdwaras to actively participate in sponsoring the Sikh freedom movement by providing financial support to dedicated organizations and to hold special celebrations of Sikh martyrs in their regular Sunday diwan.

The Council of Khalistan strongly condemns the cowardly and opportunistic conduct of Akali leaders in Punjab. We urge the Khalsa Panth to support the struggle for Khalistan and bypass all those leaders and political parties who refuse to endorse the freedom and sovereignty of Sikhs in Punjab, Khalistan.

The Council of Khalistan requests S. Simranjit Singh Mann and his colleagues to come out openly in favor of Sikh sovereignty and shun the company of the opportunistic Akali leadership.

We urge the Khalsa Panth not to give into any opportunistic compromises with the Indian government Freedom is the birthright of honorable nations.

We shall celebrate the 300th Vaisakhi Day in 1999 in our free homeland Khalistan.
