FRESNO, CA: Eight year old Rahul Singh Dhillon of Forkner School, Fresno has been selected for the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program. It is a program specifically instituted for the exceptionally outstanding students. Rahul will now be attending Manchester GATE program. Only 2% top students are selected for this program. Rahul is the son of Dr. Surinderpal Singh Dhillon. World Sikh News congratulates Rahul for his distinguished performance and wishes him a bright and eventful future.
