CHANDIGARH: Besides Punjab Chief Minister H.S. Brar, and his predecessor, Beant Singh, 18 Punjab ministers and former ministers have run up telephone bills amounting to Rs 2 lakh and above each during the period from April I last year to March 17 this year, While Brar’s bills totaled Rs 5, 19,821, including a bill worth Rs 4, 02,408 on his residential telephone, Beant Singh’s telephone bills had amounted to Re 740 838.
