NEW DELHI: The Minister for home affairs, Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, laid on the table of the Rajya Sabha a presidential proclamation of November 30, 1989, revoking the imposition of the President’s rule in Karnataka.
The November 30 proclamation had been issued by the President to revoke his earlier Proclamation issued on April 21, 1989.
