RAGHBIR S. ATWAL of the Yuba City Post Office was honored recently with a special achievement award for outstanding performance.
Employed at the Yuba City Post Office since April 1986, Atwal maintains consistent high standards of efficiency as a carrier, which has directly resulted in savings of $8,200 in labor costs to the post office. He was presented with a plaque and $500 cash award.
Atwal moved to California from India in 1964. He currently owns and operates a 100-acre farm near Yuba City where he lives with his wife and four children.
