CHANDIGARH India: Punjab government has decided to convert Sessions court in Patiala and Sangrur Special courts for expediting the cases of Sikhs detained under anti-Terrorist Activites Act who are currently lodged in Sangrur and Nabha jails. More than 500 Sikh young men are in these two jails. The Home Secretary, Mr. RP. Ohja stated that the decision to establish Special courts was taken to facilitate the trials of Sikhs in Sangrur and Nabha jails,
