NEW DELHI: There is mounting evidence that LTTE or Tamil Tigers supremo J. Pabhakaran is dead, authoritative sources said on July 24.
Cautioning that as yet there was no final conformation the sources said that all available evidence pointed out that Parbhakan was killed in a shootout between LTTE groups along with another LTTE leader Kittu alias Kantashi Ram Krishan Kumar.
Citing mounting evidence they said they were killed in a shootout in Viania jungles four days ago.
