I would like to bring to your attention an incidence of gross human rights violation by Indian Government against a U.S. citizen, namely Balbir: Dhillon of Sacramento, California. He went to India last week to see his relatives and friends. He was arrested by Punjab Police and gruesomely in police custody. So far police has not given any cause of arrest. We are concerned ‘about his survival, The Punjab Police has murdered thousands: Sikhs under false encounters during, past 12 years.

‘Today we are observing 12th anniversary of massacre (a darkest page in Indian history) at the Golden Temple when Indian Army and Air force ‘sanctum sanctorum and killed thousands of innocent pilgrims including babies and elderly. We have not recovered from those inhuman atrocities Of in Government yet, rather seeing a continued pouring of salt on the wounds of Sikh masses. As Los Angeles ‘Times reported that the peaceful and law abiding citizen but we are being persecuted by Indian corrupt rulers. I am writing this letter because you are a proponent of human rights and your fellow citizen is in the gallows of death. Could you please do so meeting?
