Journalist: The Nagaland Minister for Police department immediately tendered his resignation owning his moral responsibility for the death of the two students. Subsequently more Ministers have resigned expressing their resentment and disapproval of the Police action.

Ambassador: Very Correct.

Journalist: How is it Ministers in Punjab don’t feel responsible even though large number of innocent students have been brutally killed by the police? Does it mean the killings in Punjab are done with the tacit approval of the Ministers?

Journalist: Mr. Ambassador, India has blamed Pakistan for fanning trouble in Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir.

Ambassador: That’s right.

Journalist: Indian Foreign Ministry report to Parliament has mentioned Pakistan by name for directly meddling in its internal affairs. Punjab Chief Minister has also accused Pakistan for “arming ‘and training” Sikh freedom fighters.

Ambassador: Very Correct.

Journalist: Don’t you think accusations against Pakistan are being deliberately hour led to distract the discontented masses from their growing economic Privations and to cover communal suppression of Minorities?

Journalist: Mir. Ambassador both government and opposition parties in Haryana have suddenly started demanding abrogation of the Rajiv Longowal accord.

Ambassador: That’s right.

Journalist: Sikh freedom fighters call this accord a big fraud and want. it to be scrapped.

Ambassador: Very Correct.

Journalist: Why can’t Rajiv scrap the already dead accord and please both the Sikh freedom fighters and Haryanvi’s? Don’t you think by pretending to stick to the accord, he is deceiving the outside world as well as using his Akali stooges to finish the Sikh freedom fighters?
