JOURNALIST: Mr. Ambassador, Norway has asked India to help trace a cargo of heavy water, which can be used for making atomic bomb that was illegally rerouted to Bombay.

AMBASSADOR: That’s right.

JOURNALIST: Since India has consistently refused to sign the nuclear nonproliferation treaty, heavy water cannot be legally exported to India.

AMBASSADOR: Very correct.

JOURNALIST: Do you think India illegally secured the heavy water for its own use or simply smuggled it for the Soviet Union?

AMBASSADOR: Not in national interest to disclose.

JOURNALIST: Mr. Ambassador, India has flown 1600 paratroopers and commandos to Maldives to put down a coup attempt.

AMBASSADOR: That’s right.

JOURNALIST: Indian peace keeping force is already there in the neighboring Sri Lanka forcibly trying to implement the accord that India signed to settle Sri Lanka’s internal problem.

AMBASSADOR: Very correct.

JOURNALIST: When do you think India will fly its troops to Pakistan for keeping peace between Sunni and Shia Muslims or for restoring “democracy” there? How long will India take to convert the small neighboring countries into its protectorates?

JOURNALIST: He is reportedly trying to rescind the hukamnama excommunicating Sujit Singh Barnala that he issued during his first term as Akal Takht Chief. AMBASSADOR: Very correct.

JOURNALIST: Do you think he will now issue another Hukamnama to stop the Sarbat Khalsa Convention called by the Panthic Committee on the Diwali occasion?
