NEW DELHI: A cabinet subcommittee on Punjab lead by the foreign minister P.V. Narsima Rao is to visit Chandigarh on April 12 but no political party is ready to talk to it!
The three factions of Akali Dal and the Bharitya Janata Party in Punjab have all refused to talk to the subcommittee.
Haryana’s Lok Dal, led by Chief Minister Devi Lal, also declined an invitation to talk to the subcommittee.
