PATIALA: Faroog Abdullah, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashee sea ns Conference chair while talking to media here said that his party Soule absolutely no truck with the Congress party when the elections will be held in the state.

Abdullah was here in connection with a conference organized by the Punjab Power Employees Federation and Kirti Dal.

Abdullah, while addressing a massive conference, said that sand when the Election Commission gave the green signal to hold the elections in Jammu and Kashmir only then he would call a meeting of his party’s executive to decide as to whether to take part in the elections or not. ‘More significantly, he said, he had of objections to the Congress party forming a government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir provided it gave a guarantee to the people of the strife tom state that militancy would be complicacy wiped off, since the wiping out of militancy was the ‘main aim for which the people of Jammu and Kashmir have so patiently waited for all these years. ‘

Abdullah said that Pakistan had no care or Jove for the Muslim community of India and further said that Muslims who went to Pakistan from. India was not treated as citizens of that country and in fact was labeled ‘as “mohajirs.” He added that there was no need for doubting the Indian Muslim community because they were Indians first ‘and then Muslims. Abdullah urged the Central government to stop their manipulative games and also urged that section 370 should be strengthened and autonomy should be given to Leh and Ladakh, He predicted that in Punjab the next in will positively be formed by the Akalis, keeping in view the present corrupt and divide and rule policies of the Congress government. ‘Speaking on the occasion GS. Tohra, president of SGPC, said that the Congress government in the state had collected so much money through its corrupt policies that it was impossible to defeat the Congress on money power alone.

 Amrinder Singh, senior Akali leader, said that to defeat the Congress regime it was necessary for all regional parties to come on a common platform so ‘that their voice could be heard particularly in the Parliament.
