JAMMU: About 10,000 additional Pakistani troops have been deployed in Azad Kashmir raising the total number of troops to 50,000.
According to border security force (BSF) sources, the additional troops deployment was effected a fortnight ago following the recent visit of Pakistan army chief Gen Mirza Afzal Baig, to various strategic positions in the forward areas along Jammu and Kashmir.
