NEW DELHI: The Delhi police claimed to have arrested a militant who was allegedly responsible for a string of recent strikes in the Capital.
Avtar Singh, said to be an accomplice of Fauji, the militant killed by the police in the West Delhi locality of Paschim Vihar was arrested by the special cell of the police recently from his East Patel Nagar house.
