NEW YORK: Bhog of Akhand Path started on Friday by the Sikh Cultural Society for the ChardiKala of A.I’S.S.F. leaders, Ranjit Singh Gill and Sukhminder Singh Sandhu, who were arrested by the F.B.I. from New Jersey in the second week of May, 87, at the instance of the Indian government, was performed here at the Richmond Hill Gurdwara.

On an appeal by the Sikh Cultural Society for defense fund to meet legal expenses of their case, a sum of $22,000 was collected from the Sangat.

The Sangat also expressed concern at the way Indian government is harassing Sikh young men even in foreign countries by fabricating cases against them.
