Since then situation has gone from bad to worse. If a Giani Zail Singh is made the President of India to befool the world or a Dhillon an Ambassador or a Darbara Singh a chief Minister to initiate and carry out fake police encounters against Sikhs, of what solace is it to the teaming educated unemployed millions who are victims of the discrimination reflected in above figures, who are treated as second class citizens?

If some still suffer from the delusion that Sikhs are not being discriminated against, then, I think it is a case of jaundiced eyes or of communalism running amuck.

Sincerely,

Balwant Singh Buttar
