PATNA: In a major shift of strategy, the Congress, last week, moved no-confidence motion against the beleaguered Laloo Prasad Yadav ministry in Bihar, further mounting the political tension that has gripped the Janata Dal Government with the resignations of two ministers in quick succession in protest against the attack on Janata Dal (G) president George Fernandes.

The no-confidence motion to be taken upon July 25 will be the first ever faced by Laloo Yadav, whose party lacked majority in the Assembly.
