THIRUVANANTHARPURAM: The Kerala chief minister Mr K. Karunakaran said here today that written complaints against any department would be inquired into and action taken expeditiously. He was reacting to the demand by the Antony faction of the Congress for a party committee to 80into the role of the police in the organizational elections. The faction has been alleging that a section of the police had work for the Karuskaran faction.
