NEW DELHI: Former federal minister Karan Singh has said if the political situation in the country did not change a time would come for giving serious thought to the presidential form of government. The phenomenon of a minority government ruling the country created by Hung Parliament is not conducive to solving the national problems Singh a former ambassador to the United States said. Karan Singh was speaking at a function on Friday after giving away the media India awards.
