SACRAMENTO: Kanwar jit Singh Boparai (14) has won two 3rd places finals in the Arts Division at the California state fair here.
Boparai son of Jagjit Singh and Amrit Kaur of Tracy took 3rd place in his age. His oil painting called “The lake in the mountains” and a color photograph “Dead tree silhouettes” places 3rd win in their respective divisions. Both of these are on display at the junior exhibit building no.5 at the state fair, which ends on Sept 3rd.
