A number of unqualified persons posing as immigration consultants have been operating in California, The state are a haven for aliens searching immigration status in the USA. People who have fled from their countries due to political persecution other reasons are being exploited by these self-appointed specialists who pose as immigration attorneys and charge their customers heavy consultancy fees. A proposal by a group of California attorneys is a foot to put an end to this illegal practice. Mooted by Judith A, Bloomberg, and attorney at law. San Francisco, Attorney at law his requesting an amount of $5000 from AILA for funding costs of three law suits to be brought forth against profit immigration consultant at San Francisco, Burlingame and Fresno. Three attorneys, will bring forth these law suits under the Business and Profession Code Section 22440 et seq with AILA, Northern California Chapter being the plaintiff, Bloomberg will coordinate the proceeding and provide necessary legal information for the law suits.
