AMRITSAR, India: Withdrawal of C.R.P.F.  from all educational institutes in villages, stationing of Punjab police personnel along with paramilitary troops in sensitive areas and in-depth enquiry into Brahmpura incident by an officer of the rank of super indent of police are some of the recommendations made by the two Inspector Generals who have submitted their joint report to the government. According to newspaper report the eight pages report written by KP’S. Gill and D.S. Mangat was submitted to the Director General of Police, J.F. Rebiero, in Chandigarh on Thursday. The report was in the nature of a narrative as told by villagers of Brahmpura including its Sarpanch, Daljit Singh. Both officers refrained from making comments on the versions given by villagers including women, but on certain allegations as reported earlier and reported in the press they have given their impression.
