TORONTO: Ontario Hydro will consider proposals for Joint ventures with the private sector, Energy Minister Bud Wildman says. He said that the main goal is safe and reliable energy and competitive cost, faced with a $36 billion debt, Ontario Hydro announced in March that it expects further $1 billion loss this year, with the restructuring, there will be opportunities for Joint ventures with the public sector.
