I am writing to express my concern with the disappearance of MR. Jaswant Singh Khalra on September 6, 1995. Amnesty International reported that he was last seen outside his home in Kabir Park, where he was taken into police custody.
As Mr. Khalra has not been charged with committing any crime, I am requesting that you take action to ensure that he is released unharmed immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
