CHANDIGARH, India: Haryana Sangharsh Samitiand opposition parties of Haryana decided to observe July 24, the first anniversary of the Rajiv-Longowal accord, as black day. Announcing this decision at Chandigarh the President of the Samiti, Mr. Devi Lal and Samiti General Secretary, Mr. Mangal Sen said, a state level conference would be held at Bhiwani, the home town of Chief Minister, Mr. Bansi lal on July 24. The Samiti also proposed to hold conferences at Jind and Kurukshetra, the two towns where Mr. Bansi Lal had already addressed the public meetings. The samiti demanded Judicial Probe into the Rohtak violence on Wednesday in which several persons were injured after two counter rallies of Ruling Congress (I) and the Samiti, The Samiti said that if judicial probe was not ordered by July 27, a twelve day Satyagraba will be launched at Rohlak on July 28 by violating Section 144 and arrests.
