CHANDIGARH: The State police confirmed the death of Babbar Khalsa, Activist Bhai Gurwinder Singh in the recent floods, which created havoc in Gurdaspur district. The police chief of Gurdaspur district C.M. Dass claimed that Bhai Gurwinder Singh was drowned in recent floods and his body was found from Dera Baba Nanak area.
