CHANDIGARH, India: Four freedom fighters of All India Sikh Youth Federation namely Harpal Singh, Manjit Singh, Trilochan Singh, and Narinderpal Singh have been detained under National Security Act for six months according to the official announcement made at Chandigarh. They all belong to Ludhiana. They are allegedly to have taken out a procession on the eve of Martyrdom of Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji in violation of prohibiting order and these activists were allegedly working against the interest of the State. Meanwhile, the State Advisory Board has confirmed the detention of Mr, Jagdish Chander Tangir, President of Hindu Shiv Sena for a period of one year under the National Security Act.
