CHANDIGARH: The Election of Lakhmir Singh Minister for Technical Education Punjab to the Punjab Vidhan Sabha from Fategarh Churian Assembly constituency was challenged in the Punjab and Haryana High Court today by Khari Lal BP and from the constituency by way of an election petition Kharati Lal was defeated by 299 votes.
