DR AJIT SINGH ARORA a native of India attended Agra University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Zoology and Botany graduating Number One in a class of 4000. He continued his education at the University of Kuchnow in 1965 graduating Number One in his graduation class and was honored as the Gold Medal Recipient.

Dr. Arora was further honored by an award of a full bright Scholarship to attend the University of Southern California where he received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 1976 graduating with a 4.0 grade point average. He did postdoctoral research in California Polytechnic Institute in San Luis Obispo teaching Chemistry.

He furthered his education in 1977 by attending the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine and graduated with honors, in 1981. Dr. Arora became a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1982 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA in 1984.

Dr. Arora is now a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in private practice at 15206 Parthenia Street in Sepulveda since 1984 where he has become recognized as one of the most successful internists. He holds teaching appointment at the Northridge Hospital Medical Center’s Residency Program and is involved in teaching the doctors in training. Dr. Arora also teaches students for the U.S.C. Medical School in his office.

As an aside, Dr. Arora has been involved in the Amnesty Program in providing high quality, low cost, physical examinations to applicants for permanent residency. He has developed a first rate, highly reliable AIDS testing program in this connection. Dr. Arora has also been offering free AIDs counseling to applicants who have been testing positive for the AIDs Virus.
