NEW DELHI: the Jagdish Chandra commission inquiring into the sure tragedy of last Diwali could not give a complete hearing to Mr. LK Tripathi exercise inspector Allahabad because contain documents seized from him were not presented.
Rajesh Sapra and Mr Naresh Kumar arrested for supplying the illicit liquor said he would ross examine Mr Tripathi only after he got the documents Mr AP. Abiluwalia counsel for the City police said the documents seized by the crime branch had been sent to the court with the their prosecution documents filed in this tragedy.
The judge asked Mr Alhuwalia to give the commission particulars of the documents so that the latter may be summoned by the commission for the Purpose of the inquiry Mr Tripathi now posted in Allahabad will be summoned only after the documents are available the commissioner will hear Mr R. Narayana city exercise commissioner tomorrow.
