Ludhiana — District police chief Mr. A. P. Pandey and his gunman S. Bakhshish Singh were injured Tuesday on the Mall road here when a truck driver rammed his vehicle into his official car.
Mr. Pandey, whose right arm was injured, was taken to the hospital where he was discharged after first aid.
