NEW DELHI, India: More than 250 Sikhs staged a noisy demonstration here demanding the arrest of two Cabinet Ministers they allege organized a mass killing of Sikhs during riots sparked by Premier Indira Gandhi’s assassination, two years ago.

There was no violence and police said no one was arrested as the protesters, including women and children, set off from fields near Parliament but were prevented from reaching the residence of a judge who last week absolved the Ministers of having orchestrated the slayings.
