AMRITSAR: Khalistan Armed Force headed by Bhai Mathura Singh has expressed its concern about the reported arrest of Bhai Mann Singh Mann at Delhi’s Mukherji Park recently by the Delhi police and said that inhuman torture of the militant leader would result in dangerous consequences for the police officers concerned.
