NEW DELHI, India: The Delhi High Court granted bail to Shahid Siddiqi Editor of Urdu Weekly Nai Dunya and Mr. Nasim Mirza printer and publisher who were arrested under the anti-Terrorist Act for publishing an interview with London based Sikh leader S, Jagjit S. Chohan. In his ‘order Mr, Justice SK. Chawla directed that Mr. Siddiqi and Mr. Mirza be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000 each with one surety each of like amount. Mr. Justice Chawla however made no further comment on the case. While Mr. Siddiqi was arrested on Nov. 5 by Delhi police Mr. Mirza was taken into custody next today for the interview Published in the weekly in December of last year.
