OTTAWA: Canada’scrime rate fell by 3.2% in 1992, “Statistics Canada” reported. These figures show that in 1992, there were 10,394 reported crimes per 100,000 populations, down from 10,735 the previous year. Statistics Canada said that many crimes go undetected or unreported too; Past studies show that only 31% of violent crimes were reported to the police.
