AURANGABAD (MAHARASHTRA): Veteran congress leader and spokesman of premier Rao ruling party V.N Gadgil was manhandling at Bombay allegedly by supporters of the states chief minister sharad parwar forcing him at sanghat last week

As soon as Gadgil got down from his car and tried to enter the hotel over hundred supporters of Pawar surrounded him shouting slogan against him Policemen posted outside the hotel found themselves great outnumbered and had a tough tire shielding Gadgil   the detour’s. Gadgil feeble attempt to cx plain to the Congress-I activists that he had only expressed his opinion about Pawar and that tor only at the party’s forum was to new avail When he tried TO enter the hotel with the help of policemen the agitationists became more restive and stormed the hall shouting “Sharad Pawar Zindabad Gadgil Murdabad.”

 Sensing that the mood of the activitis was too hot Gadgil rushed to his car and was escorted by the police to another hotel.
