Congratulations to Dr. Nirmal Singh Rai and Dr Meetinder Kaur Rai as they celebrate the renovation of their medical offices in Modesto Ca. The doctors have been serving the community for over five years and have recently expanded to offer Express Medical Care, an urgent Care clinic which is open after normal business hours.
