OTTAWA: Liberal leader Jean Chretien vows that he will cut billions of dollars of Tory programs and use the money to start putting people back to work, He said, “this is about jobs. Our number One objective is to create jobs to put Canadians back to work.” The Liberal agenda, outlived in a 112 page election platform called creating opportunity, would result in 400,000 new jobs every Year, predicted by Chretian.
