BELJING: Premier Li Peng won a second five year term Sunday, but the parliament vote showed he remains an unpopular leader after helping orchestrate the crackdown on the 1989 prodemocracy protests. In the secret ballot, more than 11% of delegates to the National People’s Congress voted against Li or abstained. Only his name was placed in nomination.
