NEW DELHI, India: The Central Bureau of Investigation obtained a court permission to keep Harjinder Singh Jinda and his associate Satnam Singh Bawa in its custody for investigation in to 5.7 crore rupees, Ludhiana, bank ‘ dacoity case. The dacoity was committed in February. While granting permission to the CBI until November 28, the Delhi magisterate also remanded the two to judicial custody for the same period to enable the Delhi police to continue its investigation. The remand proceedings were conducted by the magisterate at an undisclosed interrogation center where Bawa is being held and in the hospital where Jinda is undergoing treatment for the bullet injuries received in the police attack.
